house is surrounded by large grounds of 4000sqm mostly with olive and orange trees, colorful flowers and a small garden with vegetables |
that can be used by guests. This 200sqm villa is suitable for 8-10 people.
There is a 60sqm swimming pool with children’s
| pool surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas. Also a built-in barbeque with traditional oven and a large stone table with wooden benches create |
|
a perfect private setting for relaxing and dining al fresco.
The house is designed in traditional Cretan style with high-beamed ceilings and furnished to a comfortable, high standard. On the ground
 |
floor there is a spacious open plan living/dining area with open stone fireplace, TV and one built in sofa bed along with a fully equipped |
kitchen with dishwasher. Next there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom with bath/WC, the other with twin
beds. Further on this floor are a shower/WC,
| and a small utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a large living |
|
area with a sofa bed, TV, and two more bedrooms, one with twin beds, the other with a four poster double bed and en suite bathroom.

Further there is a shower/WC, and a lobby area with small refrigerator and wash hand basin, also two large verandas one |
having views over the pool and countryside, the other faces the rear gardens.
Other facilities include stereo, central heating (at an extra charge), and two bicycles.
The nearest beach can be found at Bali. Tavernas, kafenions, a mini-market and bakery can all be found in Melidoni. The village of Perama 4 km away offers a larger variety of shops and tavernas. We do therefore recommend a car.

Schöne Badebuchten mit Sandstränden finden Sie in Bali in etwa 10 km Entfernung. Am Dorfplatz befinden sich Tavernen, Kafenions, |
Cafés und einen Minimarkt. Eine größere Auswahl an Geschäften gibt es im Ort Perama, nach etwa 4 km.
Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen und Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.

fiori coloratissimi, mentre si può godere la bellissima vista del paesaggio. La piscina di 47 mq è circondata da lettini da sole ed ombrelloni.

(a pagamento), e due biciclette.
La spiaggia più vicina dista 10 km e si trova a Bali. Taverne, kafenions, ed un minimarket si

possono trovare nel paese di Melidoni. Una più grande varietà di negozi e taverne si trovano nel paese di Perama, a 4 km di |
distanza, comunque noi consigliamo l’uso della macchina.
