with twin beds, all with stone walls, and furnished with old traditional wooden furniture. Further to this there is a shower/WC, and a

roofed over barbecue area with wooden benches and a table for dining alfresco.
The nearest shops can be found in the little

mountain village of Agios Mamas, approximately 1,5 km away, and a bank, post office, cafes, shops and tavernas can be found 10 km away in |
Perama. A car is essential.

Etwa 400 m erhöht, im Dorf Kastri, ungefähr 35 km von Rethymnon und etwa 16 km von Panormo entfernt, befindet sich die |

alleinstehende Villa Agni. Kastri war früher ein venezianisches Dorf, und Ruinen eines alten
|
|
Kastells aus dieser Zeit sind noch dort zu finden. Diesem Kastell verdient das Dörfchen auch seinen heutigen Namen. |

Die 150 Jahre alte Landvilla wurde mit Liebe im traditionellen Stil renoviert und liegt auf einem ca. 4000 qm großen, mit Bäumen |
|
bepflanzten Grundstück. Das zweistöckige, 120
qm große Haus verfügt über einen Swimmingpool
und bietet Platz für 8-10 Personen. Man
erreicht es über einen
|
|
großen, begrünten Vorhof in verschiedenen Ebenen, auf dem ein alter Steinofen genutzt werden kann. Eine etwas erhöhte Veranda führt in |
das Obergeschoß, wo sich ein Wohnzimmer mit Parkettfußboden, Holzdecke, alten traditionell kretischen Holzmöbeln und zwei Sofabetten
befindet. Eine im traditionellen Stil erhaltene
Küche ist mit Eßtisch großen Kamin ausgestattet.

Weiter schließt sich ein hier ein Schlafzimmer (1xDB) und eine DU/WC an. Von einer weiteren Veranda aus, kann man einen herrlichen Ausblick |
|
auf eine Schlucht und den umgebenden,
schönen Garten genießen. Im Erdgeschoß liegen
drei Schlafzimmer (1x2 EB und 2x1 DB) mit
Steinwänden (Zimmer z.T. in Felsen gehauen)
und alten Holzmöbeln, von denen jedes seinen
eigenen Stil besitzt. Auch eine DU/WC sowie ein
Extra-Raum mit Waschmaschine sind hier
vorhanden. Die Villa verfügt ebenso über ein Kartentelefon. Im wunderschönen Garten der
Villa, in dem überdachte Holzbänke sowie ein
Tisch stehen, besteht auch die Möglichkeit zum
Grillen und Picknicken.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie in Agios Mamas, ca. 1,5 km entfernt oder 10 km entfernt in Perama, wo es mehrere Geschäfte |
und auch eine Post und eine Bank gibt. Die Landvilla Agni garantiert Ihnen erholsame und angenehme Ferientage. Ein Mietwagen ist notwendig und Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.

paese prende il nome, sono ancora in piedi. Quest'incantevole villa, 120 mq, a due piani con la sua piscina, è costruita in stile cretese |
e può ospitare da 8 fino a 10 persone. Di fronte alla villa, ci sono dei solarium divisi in livelli da pietre e un vecchio forno in pietra che
| può essere utilizzato per cucinare. È provvista di veranda, e nel piano di sopra della villa c'è un salone con pavimento in parquet e soffitto con |
|
travi di legno, mobili antichi tradizionali cretesi, e 2 divani letto. C`è una cucina in stile antico con tavolo da pranzo ed un enorme camino in
|
|
pietra. Inoltre su questo piano si trova una camera da letto con letto doppio e doccia/wc, e dalla veranda all'esterno c'è una magnifica vista sui |
bei giardini e sulla vicina Gola. A piano terra ci sono tre camere da letto, una con letto doppio, una con letto francese di ferro ed una con letti singoli, tutte con muri di pietra, alcune ricavate dalla roccia, ed arredate con mobili antichi

lavatrice. La villa ha il telefono (che si può usare con la scheda telefonica), e nel giardino c'è un'area coperta per il barbecue con travi di legno ed un tavolo per mangiare all'aperto.

banca, l'ufficio postale, caffè, negozi e taverne sono a 10 km a Perama. Essendo un tranquillo posto rurale, l’auto è essenziale.
